Where is my order?
Our goal is to deliver within 4 - 7 business days.
ATTENTION: During promotions, couriers may take 1 or 2 days longer.
Can I request an exchange (of model or size) or a return?

Why didn't I receive the shipping confirmation email?
It usually takes two days or three days to process an order.
As soon as we ship it, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track it.
Can I pay with cash?
Unfortunately, our couriers can collect payments in cash only for the orders delivered to Italy.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over 59.9€.
Otherwise, shipping to Italy costs 5€.
