Why haven't I received the shipping confirmation email?

What are Coupons and how do I use them?

Coupons are discount codes that we offer to our customers subscribed to the newsletter.

To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the appropriate space in the cart and click on "apply discount".

If the code is not valid, check the validity dates and the categories to which the promotion can be applied.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after completing your order.

If you don't receive it don't worry, it could be in the spam, if it's not even there then check that you have provided the correct data and that your payment was successful.

Contact us to correct your data or if you are unable to pay.

I'm having trouble completing my order. What can I do?

Most of the time, this happens if the shipping or payment details are incorrect.

Check that you have filled in all the fields correctly.

The order is shipped. What does it mean?

Your package has already been dispatched from our headquarters. Check the email with the instructions to track the order.

Can I get the invoice?

If the order has not been delivered on time, we suggest you:
1) Track the status of the shipment;
2) Check that the address indicated for the shipment is correct;

Otherwise, shipping to Italy costs € 5.

Which Size Should I Order?

All our garments have a regular fit, comfortable but not too loose.

Each garment has a size guide that can be consulted directly on the product page, before purchasing.

How do I wash my garments?

Machine wash at 30° or hand wash, gentle wash, do not use dryer. Don't make a mess, always check the label.
